You sign in with the same account, and any scan, import, rename, or tag you add on one device appears on the others after a short sync – so you never have to guess where the “latest version” of a document lives.
Sync works together with OCR, Fast search, and Expiration tracking: once a document is processed, its text, search index, and important dates are available on every device that is online. If you work offline during the day, changes are stored locally first and then safely merged when the connection is back, keeping your Spaces structure and reminders intact.
