A letter on the table and a PDF in your downloads can belong in the same document library. Paperspell lets you scan paper with your phone camera, choose images from the gallery, or import a supported file from your device.
Choose the source you have
Open the add-document menu and choose scanning, gallery, or files. For paper, use even light and keep the full page in view. For an existing PDF, import the file directly so you can keep the document together. The app checks file and page limits as you add content.
Check before you save
Make sure every relevant page is present and small text is readable. Give the record a clear name, then add a category or tags that will make sense when you return to it. Allow processing to finish before checking extracted content.
Keep it useful later
A saved document can be opened again from your library. Organize it with categories and tags or find it through search. A readable original helps with both OCR and later review.
