A letter in another language is easier to approach when you can read an explanation alongside it. Paperspell lets you request translations of a document’s summary and full text.
Choose the content you need
Open a processed document, then open its summary or full original text. Use the available translation controls to choose the target language. Translating the summary can be a useful first step; the full text gives you more context when a particular passage matters.
Allow the request to complete
Translation requires an available connection and is subject to your account’s current usage limits. If a request fails, check the status in the app before trying again. Available content and translations stay associated with the document so you can return to them.
Keep names and conditions in context
Machine translation can change the meaning of a technical term or miss a qualification. Compare names, amounts, dates, and important conditions with the source. For a certified translation or a formal submission, check the receiving organization’s requirements separately.
Ask about an unclear passage or find another related document without treating an AI answer as a substitute for the original.
